How is it made?
Each generator is built in a workshop equipped with a complete range of machinery, allowing all stages of production to be managed in-house. Each unit undergoes non-destructive testing, carried out by RINA-qualified personnel, to ensure structural integrity and long-term reliability. Assembly is carried out by INAIL-certified welders, ensuring compliance with the highest safety standards.
INTERNAL STRUCTURE
THE DOUBLE COIL TUBE BUNDLE
The heart of the generator consists of a tube bundle with a double concentric coil, made of high-quality steel pipes, wound in a spiral to optimize the heat exchange surface. The inner coil, with a smaller diameter, acts as a combustion chamber.
The ends of the combustion chamber are closed with thick steel doors, lined with insulating material, to reduce heat loss and ensure high energy efficiency.
THE ACCESS DOOR
On the burner side, there is a hinged door designed to open completely on both sides, facilitating access and speeding up inspection, cleaning, and routine maintenance operations.
Opening is quick and intuitive: there is no need to dismantle anything or use tools, simply remove the side knobs and pull.
STURDY AND DURABLE BOILER BODY
The generator body, which is not pressurized, is made of structural steel that is thicker than required by industry standards, ensuring greater structural strength and operational durability even under harsh working conditions.
THERMAL INSULATION AND EXTERNAL PROTECTION
To prevent heat loss and improve overall efficiency, the generator is fully insulated with rock wool, an insulating material that keeps heat inside the system.
The outer casing is enclosed by an external coating of stainless steel sheet metal that protects the generator from corrosion and premature aging caused by rust.
